By using this website or buying from Onyx Global LLC ("we", "us") you agree to these terms.

Services and packages

We provide website design and development, e-commerce, mobile apps, software integration, process automation, data analytics, IT consulting, social media management, search optimisation, logo design, AI tools training and AI automation. Package contents and prices are listed on our Pricing page. Other work is described in a written proposal.

Orders and payment

An order is placed when you accept a package or a written proposal and pay as set out in the invoice. Prices are in US dollars. Hosting, domain names and third-party software fees are separate unless stated.

Services are delivered digitally. See our Delivery Policy.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information, content and access needed for the work, to respond to questions in reasonable time, and to hold the rights to anything you supply, such as logos, text and images. Delays on your side may move the delivery date.

Revisions

Each package includes the number of revisions it lists. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope can be quoted separately.

Ownership

Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables created for you. Logo packages include the copyright. We keep our general methods, tools and know-how, and may use third-party components under their own licences.

No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee search rankings, website traffic, social media growth, sales, savings or other business results from SEO, social media, analytics, automation or AI tools. We agree deliverables, not outcomes.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and can sign a confidentiality agreement on request.

Website use

Content on this site belongs to Onyx Global LLC. Please do not copy it or use the site unlawfully.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, arising from our services or this website, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
